Dieses Team ist verantwortlich für die Herstellung von Prototypen Werkzeugen die zur Herstellung von Mustervorformen oder Verschlüssen dienen. Die sog. Rapid Cell, in der sie arbeiten werden, ist verantwortlich für beste Lieferzeiten dieser Produkte im Prototypen Bereich in einer exzellenten Qualität. Die Terminierungsprioritäten können sich täglich ändern. Die meisten Fertigungsprozesse sind Kleinserien (weniger als 8 Stück), die täglich mehrmaliges Einrichten und Programmieren erfordern. Ideale Kandidaten für diese Position haben einschlägige Erfahrungen in selbständiger Programmierung, Einrichten und Herstellung an CNC- Maschinen. Sie müssen in der Lage sein mehrere Maschinen gleichzeitig zu bedienen.VeranwortlichkeitenProgrammieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen nach definierten und sicheren Arbeitsabläufen nach ZeichnungBearbeitung von Teilen mit engen Toleranzen zur Einhaltung der SpezifikationenErstellung von Vorrichtungen, die für eine effiziente Fertigung von Teilen erforderlich sindArbeitsaufträge erledigen und die zugehörigen Dokumentationen durchführenDurchführung von routinemäßigen Wartungsarbeiten an MaschinenSie tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse beiQualifikationenTechnische Ausbildung oder anerkannter Ausbildungsgrad als CNC Fachkraft (z.B. Zerspanungsmechaniker)Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Einzelteilfertigung CNC Programmierkenntnisse und selbständiges EinrichtenErfahrung im Formenbau ist von VorteilFähigkeit, GD&T-Symbole und CAD-Zeichnungen zu lesen und zu verstehenFrühere Berufserfahrung im Bereich Schleifen, Drehen, Fräsen, Erodieren oder PolierenStarker TeamplayerAusgeprägte KommunikationsfähigkeitBereitschaft zu rotierender SchichtarbeitEnglischkenntnisse sind von VorteilJob DescriptionWe are looking for a CNC Operator to join the Rapid Cell Proto Typing, Closure Piloting and Closure Spare Part Manufacturing Team. This team is responsible for rapid prototyping of tooling used to produce sample preforms or closures. The Rapid Cell is focused on best in class delivery time of prototype materials. Scheduling priorities may change daily. Most manufacturing is small batch (less than 8 pieces) requiring multiple set-ups each day. Ideal candidates for this role have experience in Hard Mill, Lathe and Grinding operations and need to be comfortable working on multiple machining centers as required.ResponsilibitiesSetting-up and operating CNC machines in accordance with approved, safe work proceduresMachining parts to tight tolerances ensuring conformance to specificationsCreating jigs and fixtures as required for efficient manufacture of partsCompleting work orders and associated documents, assigning materials and labor as requiredConducting routine maintenance operations on shop equipmentContribute to the continuous improvement of the operationQualificationsCollege diploma or certified apprenticeship programPrevious work experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatoryExperience in mold making is a benefitAbility to read and understand GD&T symbols, blueprints and CAD drawingsPrevious work experience in Grinding, Turning, Milling, Eroding or PolishingLean experienceStrong Team PlayerStrong communication skillsCommitment to Safe Operating ProceduresFlexible with rotating shift work as requiredHusky Technologies TM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package and excellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
