CMC are hiring! We have a permanent opportunity for a newly created Marketing Executive to join our Product Marketing team, based in our Barangaroo, Sydney office. Over 1.2 million clients make 67 million trades with us every year, and we’re still growing.Marketing Executive Role DescriptionReporting to the Head of Product Marketing for Australia & NZ, you will collaborate with our Marketing, Product, Lifecycle, Brand, Digital, Customer Support, and Distribution teams. In this role, you will support the Product Marketing Specialist and Head of Product Marketing in shaping the strategy for CMC's CFD (Contracts for Difference) and share trading product offerings across the Australia & NZ markets.You will be an outstanding communicator, cross-functional collaborator and passionate about helping clients understand the value of CMC platforms, products and services.As you grow in the role, you will be driven by solving customer problems and effectively communicating the benefits that our products deliver. With excellent analytical and product positioning skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive impactful results across teams.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you’ll be responsible for:Assist the Head of Product Marketing and Product Marketing specialist in delivering the CMC’s products (CFDs (Contracts for difference) and Share Trading) product marketing strategy and roadmap across Australia & NZ.Drive cross-functional alignment with key business units such as Product, Sales, Customer Support, Compliance, and Business Operations in executing streamlined customer-centric product marketing communications.Support and lead market research projects, opportunity assessments, competitive analysis, and customer feedback initiatives.Support and manage Product Marketing-led campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.Monitor product/feature performance and provide insights-led reporting and recommendations to optimise Product Marketing campaigns.Be self-sufficient in using Braze to manage product marketing campaigns and launches end-to-end across various channels, including email, SMS, in-platform pop-ups, and push notifications.Provide insights-led reporting and recommendations to optimize product launches and product marketing campaigns.General:Adhere to data privacy regulations and compliance standards.Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role.Partner with product, sales, customer support and marketing teams to drive continued growth, adoption and engagement of our platforms, products, and services.Educate the wider marketing team and organisation on best practices go-to-market, product positioning and messaging strategies.Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.Read and comply with CMC policies and procedures as they relate to your employment.Complete all mandatory compliance training.KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.2+ years’ experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles within the financial services or technology sector.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven recommendations.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.Customer-first attitude.A finger on the pulse of the competitive landscape.BENEFITSSalary + annual discretionary bonusCharity give-back days.1 extra annual day of leave for your birthday.A dedicated benefits & wellbeing hub, for you to save on groceries, access retailer discounts and enjoy various resources to enhance your physical & mental wellbeing.Receive an extra day of annual leave after each year of service (max 25 days of annual leave after 5 years of service).Social Club, Women@CMC, LinkedIn Learning and more.CMC Markets is powered by our people.
