Job Description:Robert Half are working with a global property business to recruit an EMEA Senior Finance Director for a 9-month interim role to oversee the EMEA finance team and support the global CFO for the Investment Management arm of the organisation. The role can pay up to £1800/day inside IR35 (depending on experience). This role will be based on site 2-3 days per week at the Central London office.The CompanyThis role offers the chance to work for a truly global, listed property business with an extensive Investment Management arm where this role will sit. The position sits between the Controllership and FP&A teams with oversight for both.The RoleAs the EMEA Senior Finance Director, you would be supporting with:Business Partnering: Senior Business Partner to the leads of both the Direct and indirect businesses in EMEA (circa $80bn of assets).FP&A: Managing the day to day activities of an FO&A team spread across London and Amsterdam.Facilitation of annual planning process and in year reforecasting (quarterly) for EMEA Direct and indirect businesses.New product development and provision of financial models to the global business development committeeOptimisation initiativesControllership: Interface with controllership to ensure the accurate of result (multiple report lines across EMEA).Ensure accuracy of the product view from the legal entity view.Explain revenue and cost forecast to actual variancesYour ProfileQualified ACA/ACCA with 20+ years' experience, including within Investment Management FinanceAbility to oversee the team during a transition, managing multiple reporting lines and dealing with senior global stakeholdersPrior experience in a similar interim / contract role would be beneficial but not necessary.Compensation & BenefitsAs well as a salary of up to £1800/day inside IR35 (dependant on experience) the business offers hybrid working (2-3 days per week in the office) from their office in St Pauls.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
