You will be expected to adhere to all OHS standards, requirements and processes, including (but not limited to) wearing appropriate PPE and regular hygiene and cleanliness practices.About the RoleThis role works as part of our team of highly skilled Mental Health Workers and in collaboration with the Clinical Multidisciplinary Team, including Psychiatrists, a Psychologist and Nurses. consists of an 8 bed short term, 5 bed extended stay option and a day program. This role will deliver individualised recovery orientated care. As a Mental Health Worker you will enable rather than do, to promote independence, development and confidence of individuals. Our success will enable them to have the voice and choice to thrive in their local communities.In addition this role entails:Assessment of individuals with a mental health nurse to determine suitability for PARCDelivering strength based group content that is curated to the cohort of an ever-changing visitor groupDeveloping collaborative risk management and mitigation plansEnhancing and promoting links with supports in the community, empowering connectionDeveloping recovery goals and implementation steps to achieve set goalsSupporting planning and review, directing support and exit planningIt is a requirement of this position to meet all compliance requirements concerning NDIS Work Screening, Working With Children's Check, work rights and possess a current & valid driver's licence.What we can offer you:Ermha365 is an agile and innovative non-profit with a growth agenda across Australia.
