We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers with proven background leading Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience transformation programmes both operational and strategic.Job DescriptionThe opportunityAt the crossroads of management and digital consulting, you will assist large Luxembourgish and European institutions in their most critical transformations. You will be responsible for delivering pragmatic and agile cybersecurity and/or operational resilience strategies that align client priorities and support top management in achieving their security target on 3 different types of engagements:Innovate for our clients, partners, and employees; Identity and access management, IT and OT cybersecurity convergence, IoT security & product security office, Third party risk management, etc.Protect our clients; Security principles & architecture definition, cloud & API, SOC & Fusion Centers definition & sourcing, Industrial plant cyber security, resilience & crisis management, etc.Ensure operational excellence; Cybersecurity and/or operational resilience convergence, Strategy & roadmap, Risk management & compliance, Program development & management, etc.Your key responsibilitiesManaging engagements (totally or partially depending on your level of experience) with our clients, responsible for the day to day running of the engagements, including developing strategic recommendations and guidance, and ensure the highest quality service for our clients.Participating in the business development activity of the global practice which will include full lifecycle from pre-sales support, identification of cyber opportunities & scope the delivery phase of engagements.Participating in the people development by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and coaching team members and leading by example.Collaborating and coordinating across the different teams and locations (Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Switzerland, etc.) in order to participate in the development by creating thought leadership and marketing materials for selling and promoting our offerings.Continuing to upskill and stay current with the market.Based on your profile and background, contribute to various internal activities (Career development, Thought leadership, etc.).We are recruiting across several levels of seniority from Senior Consultant to Manager.QualificationsTo be considered for this roleSolid foundations in consulting skills with 4-10 years' experience in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (IT, management, or cybersecurity focused consulting).Proven background leading Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience transformation programmes both operational and strategic.Good technical understanding to bring credibility to advisory work.Ability to manage transformation projects.Proven track record of supporting business development activities (account planning, pitches, proposals, value proposition development), based on your profile and background.Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organisation, experience in managing and leading teams, developing and coaching junior members of staff, based on your profile and background.Skills to create and deliver meaningful presentations with an impact and produced high quality reports.Comprehensive knowledge of at least 4 of the below Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience topics:Cyber Security Strategy/MaturitySecurity GovernanceAwareness & TrainingRisk Assessment/ManagementSecurity Strategy and AssuranceData Protection & PrivacyData Leakage PreventionIdentity & Access ManagementCloud security & Zero TrustOperational ResilienceCrisis ManagementDisaster Recovery & Business ContinuityThird party management and Exit StrategyAdditional InformationWe offer you:The ability to work in a dynamic international environment and ongoing on-the-job trainingThe possibility to benefit from remote working and flexible working hoursThe opportunity to work on exciting projectsExcellent opportunities for personal and professional development, with ongoing coachingAn attractive remuneration package commensurate with the experience and performanceEntrepreneurial opportunities by being part of a fast-growing consulting firmDiversity and InclusionWavestone is an inclusive employer committed to equal opportunities.
