The division employs more than 3600 team members.About the role:Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (API) is one of Australia's leading pharmaceutical distributors and growing health and beauty retailers. As a Wesfarmers business, API is the parent company of Priceline Pharmacy, Soul Pattinson Chemist, Pharmacist Advice and Clear Skincare Clinics. Our services include wholesale product delivery, retail services, marketing programs and business advisory services.We are currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Pharmacy Business Development Marketing team. Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, you will support the achievement of API's Vision and to help us in our strategic goal to be the most compelling offer for our pharmacy partners. This is achieved through supporting in the delivery of brand propositions for Soul Pattinson Chemist and Pharmacist Advice, and the program offering for Club Premium, a tailored program to support independent pharmacies.This role would suit a recent Marketing, Business or Communications Graduate, or someone early in their career with some work experience, looking to gain broad exposure to all aspects of marketing.What you'll do:Brand and Program Support: Assist the Brand Marketing Manager in delivering brand propositions and program offerings for Soul Pattinson Chemist and Pharmacist Advice.Catalogue Campaign: Coordinate end-to-end promotional activities for catalogue events, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.Local Area Marketing: Provide ad-hoc support to promote in-store products and services for pharmacies and the state field team.Member Communications: Assist in creating and distributing communications, including promotional updates and advice, and monitor website emails.Digital Assets: Manage and update digital content for social media, websites, and myAPI to align with brand strategy.Financial Administration: Support administrative tasks such as marketing income charges, requisitions, invoice approvals, and budget tracking.What you'll bring:Recent Graduate or some experience in a Marketing, Business or Communications support role.Intermediate PC skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks.Genuine interest in marketing, brands, and retail, and putting the customer at the heart of your decision making.Excellent communication and organisational skills.An all-rounder who is happy to work on a variety of tasks and interact with our internal and external stakeholders, and Soul Pattinson Chemist, Pharmacist Advice and Club Premium pharmacies.A passion to grow and develop, and ability to proactively seek out development opportunities.Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Business or CommunicationsWhy us?A fantastic work culture based off our four Ways of Working - Start with the customer, Do it with heart, Work as a team, Own your impact.Flexible working that is balanced with our organisational need to create connections and enable collaboration.Ongoing professional development and career opportunities across the Wesfarmers Health Division and the broader Wesfarmers Group.Access to employee benefits across Wesfarmers including team member discounts at Bunnings, Kmart, Target, Officeworks, OnePass, Priceline and Clear Skincare Clinics.'We Love Your Work' recognition program.
