We have a long heritage of bringing innovation and expertise, continuously working to contribute to the growth of society and our customers.About the roleThe Command Centre provides 24 x 7 services to Fujitsu Data Centres and their clients. This includes monitoring of data centre systems including but not limited to BMS, Security, internal ticketing as well as providing 1st level phone and email client support, 1st level data centre portal support, data centre access as well as internal and external notifications.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support:Provide timely and professional support to data centre clients as directed including:DC Access FormsDC Equipment Movement FormsDC Authority MatricesLogging and escalation of client incidentsLogging and tracking of client requests (e.g remote hands)1st level support for the online DC PortalProvide monitoring of data centre systems nationally, and provide the appropriate level of management/escalation.Communications Coordination and issuing of data centre notifications both internal to Fujitsu and external to clientsData Centre Support:Provide timely and professional support to data centre staff as directed including:DC access queries1st level support for the online DC PortalTracking & escalation of DC incidents, service requests & change ordersLenel security administrationDocumentation:Ensure documentation is maintained at all times and the latest versions of documents are used.BCP:During emergency situations provide the conduit between Fujitsu DC staff and clients assisting with escalation of messages and responding to clients queries and Fujitsu service desk.Security:Ensure the confidentiality and security of data is maintained.Obtain, maintain, and promote staff awareness of customer specific security policies.Personally adhere to the FANZ Security policies to ensure that Fujitsu and customer information and technology resources are protected in line with confidentiality, integrity and availability principles.Certification:Awareness of all data centre certifications and an understanding of the roles and responsibilities for a CC Operator in relation to those certifications.About you:Previous experience within a Data Centre Environment.Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.Problem solving and decision-making capabilities.Why Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
