We know what it takes to lead an industry, and are looking for leaders who seek constant growth, want to excel, and continuously improve upon themselves and the industry.The culture at Revantage is built on our shared core values and commitment to be:Achievers: We expect high standards for ourselves and enable the success of our teams.Enthusiasts: We face challenges with optimism and believe anything is possible.Leaders: We commit to continuously improve our performance.Learners: We learn from our challenges, successes and the diversity of our people.Partners: We deliver value and positive impact to our partners.Responsibilities:Optimization of internal legal processes (across all Legal & Compliance workstreams and in close cooperation with other Revantage departments, e.g Transactions, Finance etc);Comparative analysis of local jurisdictions’ legal and operational requirements;Coordination and conducting of Legal trainings (internal, external);Legal On-boarding and Off-boarding of projects; Optimization, quality control and relations maintenance for external legal services;Legal reporting and tracking of operational workstreams with local jurisdictionsQualifications:What You Bring To The RoleAt least 5 years’ experience in a legal/corporate department of a fiduciary/law firm/in house legal or corporate position in Luxembourg;Fluent English, any other language will be an advantage;Solid Knowledge of corporate governance framework in Luxembourg;Aptitude for comparative legal analysis and legal research;Experience working with and maintaining strong professional links with lawyers, auditors, notaries, service providers;Be a team player as well as ability to work independently;Problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and creative thinking;Flexibility and adaptability to a vast range of tasks;Total proficiency with MS Office standard applications;Excellent communication skills;Strong organizational skills;Attention to detail and in-depth approach to allocated work.Diversity Makes Us SmarterWith an exceptionally high number of nationalities and spoken languages we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone — diversity and inclusion is the DNA of Revantage Europe.
