Community Disability Worker (PT) - St Annes HouseEdmonton, AB, Canada Req #421Thursday, July 25, 2024Catholic Social Services is currently seeking a part time, 16 hours per week, Community Disability Counsellor in EDMONTON to join our St Annes House team. Providing excellent client-centered care, you are confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in your community.This position has a weekly schedule of: Fridays and Saturdays, overnight awake position, 11:00pm- 7:00 amJob Summary:Supporting adults with various disabilities in group care, you are critical to the personal success of individuals in our care. Skilled with assessment, program planning and implementation, you are a strong advocate for dignity and independence. Assisting with daily living, medical needs, behavioral supports and personal care, you are also an important link to community resources.
