Job DescriptionAs a Stock Control Team Leader, you lead day-to-day DC operation for a specific team, ensure service levels, compliance and drive continuous improvements in line with set targets for service, efficiency and cost.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and organize the Internal and Housekeeping department and monitor productivitySupport DC operations in maximizing operational excellence, quality, and efficiency Responsible for all departments to fulfill customer expectationsSecure efficiency and smooth operations in a cost-efficient wayUnderstand the features of the systems used in the warehouse, being able to run the operation on a daily basisIdentify risks and issues in daily DC operations report to relevant managerSet and secure plan for recruitment, succession and talent development for your teamResponsible to conduct inventory counts – ensure internal department routines are followed according to company guidelinesLead the housekeeping team for optimized capacityCollaborate closely with DC Stock Controller and PSR to action stock movement and discrepanciesWork with customer service and the press department to fulfil influencer requestsQualificationsGood operational DC experience across Online + Stores to effectively lead operations of the Internal and Housekeeping teamHands-on approach for pragmatic day-to-day workflow management and problem resolutionUnderstanding of outbound and inbound processes and garment flowGood understanding of Warehouse Management SystemKnowledgeable in operational logistics standards, as well as department sustainability targets Strong communication and coordination skillsHolistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people developmentAgile mindset with positive attitude to change & meaningful growthInclusive & empathetic towards others whilst encouraging diversity Self awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole groupAdditional InformationBenefitsWe offer all our employees at H&M Group attractive benefits with extensive development opportunities around the globe.
