We're making this happen by improving our customers' financial wellbeing so they can achieve incredible things - be it buying their home, building a business or saving for things big or small.As a Relationship Manager, you are to manage and build strong relationships with a portfolio of SME customers introduced by Premium Brokers, and drive portfolio growth through customer acquisition, increasing share of wallet and referrals while demonstrating mastery of the role capabilities.Role Location: 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000Role Type: Full-Time PermanentWhat will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Acting in the best interest of the customer and applying a customer-centric approachProactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needsProviding customers with appropriate solutionsMaintaining strong broker relationshipsBuilding and maintaining strong internal and external networks to support strong deal design and execution.Structuring deals in conjunction with relevant product and specialist teamsManaging a portfolio of SME customers introduced by Premium BrokersCollaboration with Product Partners and other stakeholders to design, structure and execute dealsAdhering to a strong operational rhythmEnsuring credit and operational risks are managed effectively and proactivelyImplementing Relationship Credit Approval Discretion as appropriateYou're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
