ShareTop JobLocated in Halifax, NSSalary: $23 hourlyExpress Employment Professionals is currently looking for a full-time Project Administrator in Halifax on behalf of our client, a top provider of skilled workers.Responsibilities:Accurately enter purchase orders and various invoices using the company computer systemReconcile and identify any discrepancies in purchase ordersPrepare and issue invoices for customers when requestedMaintain digital databases and records for project cost reportingAnswer inquiries from internal personnel and external clientsAssist with various accounting duties as neededRequirements:Formal training or certification in Bookkeeping, Administration, Business, or the equivalent experience3-5 years of clerical or administrative experienceSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skillsProficient in computer programs including the Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detail and accuracy are importantWork with others in a professional mannerPrevious experience in both a service-based and project-based billing industry is considered an assetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA general understanding of the construction industry and terminology is considered an assetStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesPrevious experience using accounting software like QuickBooks is considered an assetOur client offers:Hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pmNO WEEKENDS!Pay is $23/hr.Benefit package after probationLocated in the Bayers Lake area of HalifaxDon’t meet every single requirement?
