Job DescriptionThe registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in the EBBC business complex close to the Findel Airport. The company started up only in 2014 and employs currently more than 80 employees.One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale or exchange of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging and print materials, for the activitiesof the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced on the Luxembourg market and to duty free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel Retail Management and as well the associated Marketing and Key Account Management have been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the course of the years 2015 and 2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Countries Management (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.Specialist Customer Service DC – (f/m/d)CDD contract with the option to a CDI - Ref. The Specialist Customer Service is part of a dynamic and international team and provides support to the Developing Countries Department by managing daily operational tasks.Main responsibilities:Provide customer focused service to assigned customer accountsUnderstand customer’s products, services, business operations and needsRespond to customer requests, suggestions and questions on a daily basisProcess incoming orders, forms, applications and requestsAdvise customers of order statusPrepare delivery notes, export documents and customs declarationsSupply planning – shipment plans and ordersInteractions with 3rd Party Logistic Partner (3PL)InvoicingProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsInterface effectively and create rapport with all types of people, build up trustful relationships (external and internal)Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsObtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.Communicate and coordinate with internal departmentsFollow up of complaintsRequested Profile:Bachelor degree in international trade or logistics/supply chain management or similarWork experience of at least 2 years in international business (preferred in FMCG and food sector)Good numerical and analytical skills, attention to detailsUnderstand needs of the department and commit to projects to improve efficiencyAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentReliable, pro-active, ability to multi-taskConstant professional attitude towards challengeWell-developed interpersonal and communication skillsLanguages: English business fluent, every other language is considered as an assetMS-Office: proficient in Excel:Knowledge of SAP***Data Protection InformationBy providing us per Email with your CV and the respective personal information you are permitting RIGO Trading S.A. to access and use the information for recruitment purposes (Art. 6 I lit.b DSGVO).RIGO Trading S.A. will store your details during the recruiting process for the position, but maximum for a retention period of 6 months.
