As a dynamic and experienced HR professional, you’re looking for your next opportunity as People Partner to hit the ground running within the People team at Trinny London.This newly created role joins at a transformative time for the business and the People team. You will partner closely with teams and managers to drive positive impact on employee engagement and performance. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.The RoleYour daily to-dos look like this:HR Business PartneringPartner with managers across dedicated teams, understanding people needs, challenges, goals, and opportunities, providing strategic HR advice and solutions to address theseBe accountable for delivering tangible impact across teams from attrition, to engagement scores, and employee performanceIdeate and execute key initiatives and projects within the people roadmap, autonomously and collaboratively with wider People team to bolster and enhance our people infrastructure and offeringAdminister key company-wide programs e.g. performance review cycles, engagement surveysBenchmark and administer competitive compensation and benefits programsWork closely with senior managers and Talent team to create and maintain resource plansRegularly collate and report on key people dataOptimise use and understanding of HR tools amongst managers and teamsHR documentation and employee files maintained to a high standard, covering admin where requiredEREscalation and guidance across all ER cases, including complex and sensitive issues, ensuring resolution in a fair and timely mannerDevelop and implement employee relations strategies, policies and proceduresConduct investigations and provide guidance on any resulting actions including disciplinary, grievance and performance managementMonitor ER trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve employee relationsCoach and develop people managers on effective ER practices and conflict resolutionRequirementsThese skills will help you go far in this role:Proven, hands-on generalist HR and business partnering experienceIn-depth, extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations across regions and complex ER experienceExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to produce written material to a high standard, including contracts, policies and proceduresExperienced in stakeholder management at all levels, building strong relationshipsFantastic attention to detailA genuine passion for employee relations, with a successful track record of problem-solving, strategising and resultsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsExpertise in data analysis to inform HR strategies and decision-makingProficiency in HR software and tools, Hibob a plusCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentExperience in designing and implementing employee engagement programsRelevant certifications in HR or ER are a plusBenefitsOur mission is to give our customers the tools they need to be their best.
