We have an Outstanding CQC rating.Job DescriptionYou are required to be a driver to apply for this position, over 18 and live in the North Hertfordshire area.Home Instead North Herts are recruiting Care Professionals to provide care to our clients. We are looking for kind, supportive, reliable friendly individuals who want to make a difference to our client’s lives.Pay rate of £12.00 per hour weekdays; £12.50 weekends and double rate on Bank Holidays.In addition to the hourly rate, you will be paid travel time between clients, plus paid mileage.We provide great training and support through extensive shadowing, client introductions, touch base calls and ongoing check ins to ensure you are comfortable and confident before you work independently.Paid accrued holiday.You will not be required to wear a uniform.All PPE provided which includes hand sanitiser, face coverings, gloves and aprons.We match you with clients of similar personality, hobbies and interests.We will support you in gaining an NVQ qualification in Adult Health and Social Care, if desired.
