Apply for this amazing opportunity if this sounds like a good fit for you!AdvantagesWhat's in it for you!As a Senior Business Systems Support Analyst with our client, you'll receive:- Highly competitive market hourly rates- A 3 month contract with a strong probability of extension- Remote interview processResponsibilitiesWhat will you do?· Pick up support tickets from users and independently investigate them to closure, preparing options for the team to determine how to proceed.· Be forward looking in problem solving, understanding how to prioritize the present issues but also mitigating risk for the future· Drive cohesion across program work streams through coordinating efforts of project managers, change and training leads, product management, technology partners, subject matter experts, super users, project sponsors and other stakeholders· Deliver regular program updates to cross-functional partners and leaders· Create an environment where people can perform at their best, grow through continual development and achieve outstanding resultsLead cross-functional collaboration and drive to alignment with business partners within constraints of the project or work.Qualifications· BBA, Bcomm, Diploma in Business or related field· Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis, strategy, operations or related professional industry experiencestrong fundamentals in integration (kafka, one programming language - java), read/advanced ability to write SQL· Proven ability to coach, mentor and teach junior team members· Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs, mastery in Excel· Mastery in project management tools and software, Smartsheet preferred· Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of complex, multi-stream programs and projects, including preparation of project charters, delivery plans and status updates, facilitation of workshops and cross-functional meetings and coordination of change and training efforts· Ability to multi-task and manage various projects simultaneously· Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization skills· Strong verbal and written communication skills· Demonstrated ability to present to Senior Leadership· Ability to lead and influence cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, business users and technology partners to solve complex business problems· Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple cross functional teams. Ability to create alignment and reach consensus· Ability to clearly communicate objectives and give clear direction to achieve deliverables· Ability to understand financial impacts on long range plans and make financially sound recommendations to leadership· Demonstrated ability in operational problem solving and long-range planning and problem solving· Mastery with data management.
