If so, we want you to join our growing Mantis team as an Agency Sales Manager.For this opportunity, we are seeking a proven, strategically minded individual with a deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem and passion for the latest emerging technologies.This position is a mixture of home-based and hub presence (London/Canary Wharf).So, who are we?Mantis is an AI-led content verification tool, specialising in brand safety and cookie-less targeting. Launched in 2019 under the Reach PLC umbrella,Mantis partners with digital publishers as an intelligent alternative to traditional keyword blocking, and creates highly accurate contextual targeting for premium publishers to sell their inventory without the use of personal data.Reach is home to the UK and Ireland’s most iconic digital platforms, magazines and newspapers.In 2024 we are continuing to grow and scale, and are looking to add ambitious and dynamic talent to our teams to help us achieve our goals.Job DescriptionResponsible for selling the Mantis Data productFocussed on brand and agency relationships, negotiate and close deals focused on selling contextual packages containing Reach inventory as well as other premium publisher inventory.Work with the sales director to define the growth strategy for your portfolio with clear guidance on key client and agency stakeholders, client/opportunity prioritisationAchieve personal quarterly/annual revenue and new business targets, as agreed with the Sales DirectorDeliver accurate sales forecasting insight and weekly updates to the sales directorQualificationsThe Ideal CandidateYou bring a wealth of experience in ad tech within a client-facing and proactive sales role.You are constantly enhancing your industry knowledge and competitive insight to close business and generate significant revenue.You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams to build business and drive sales activities.You are an outstanding communicator and confident presenter, excelling in both real and virtual formats.You can identify a brand’s key business objectives and challenges, translating them into compelling value propositions.You possess solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and you excel at collaborating across departments.You can handle multiple priorities, thrive in a small team environment, and adapt to filling various roles as needed.You have rigorous attention to detail, a drive for excellence, and a positive, can-do attitude.You are a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.Additional InformationPlus, as part of the Reach family you’ll have access to a brilliant range of benefits, including:Help saving for your retirement - join our pension scheme and we’ll match contributions up to 6%25 days’ holiday per year when you join.
