We, embrace individuals with diverse skills, experiences, and backgrounds, recognising the unique value they bring to CFA.Want to read more about the Country Fire Authority (CFA) click .About the RoleWe have an exciting permanent, full-time opportunity available, for an adaptable, energetic and confident Administrator to provide a front-of-house reception experience for CFA members and visitors.Your responsibilities will include:Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callersVisitor management and oversight of ‘visitor pass' processManage a high volume of phone and email enquiriesCoordinate the efficient dispatch and delivery of mail, parcels and other goodsPrepare documents such as letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes and briefing notesOrder and procure stationery and goodsRecords management, data entry and basic financial administrationOther ad hoc administrative and project improvement tasks as requiredA detailed position description is attached.About YouCrucial to your success in this role will be your attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
