Estimated time: Full time, Contract.Location: RemoteAssisterr is a decentralised platform that simplifies the creation, maintenance, and support of community-owned Small Language Models (SLMs).Our incentive-driven data inference framework allows everyone to contribute knowledge and expertise to train AI models, ensuring permissionless access, data quality, and fair rewards.Our mission is to ensure everyone has equal opportunities to contribute to and benefit from AI progress.We just secured a $1.7M Pre-seed round and scaling team. .RequirementsWe are looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our team at Assisterr.ai. Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining existing systems: Quick fixes, bug resolutions, and minor enhancements.Developing new features: Building significant functionalities from scratch within existing systems.Redesigning legacy pages: Updating old pages with modern designs.Creating new features and solutions: Designing and developing new features and architectural solutions.Supporting existing functionalities: Fixing errors and refactoring to improve performance, maintainability, and code scalability.Migrating functionalities: Transitioning features from the old tech stack.Participating in team grooming sessions: Collaborating with team members to refine and prioritize tasks.Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with designers, backend developers, QA, and product managers to find joint solutions to business requirements.Planning and task estimation: Taking part in planning and estimating team tasks.Analyzing business requirements: Selecting and implementing architectural and technical solutions.Proposing and implementing improvements: Contributing to codebase enhancements.Conducting code reviews: Reviewing and ensuring code quality across the codebase.What we look for in you:Commercial Experience: At least 3 years of working with React.Education: Technical higher education.Technological Stack:Deep knowledge of React.Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience with Web Components & React elements.Experience with GraphQL.Experience with REST API and basic knowledge of OpenAPI specification.Nice to Have:Basic knowledge of ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, and Knockout.js at the level of reading and understanding code and adjusting JavaScript and layout.Commercial experience with Nx for managing monorepositories in large projects.Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.Experience in writing unit tests with Jest.BenefitsWorking with a passionate and rapidly growing teamA competitive salary and benefits package (Equity & Token).Ability to try and test your best ideas in real life with exposure to 170k users.Remote firstFlexible hoursFlexible vacation policyQuarterly offsite travel for collaborationTeam in FacesCEO -CPO -CTO -Join us at Assisterr.ai and be a part of an innovative team working on exciting projects!Assisterr
