Job DescriptionIn order to sustain our continuous expansion drive, we are currently looking for a colleague to join our Legal Fund Governance - Alternative Investments Team that is part of our Legal Fund Governance Department.Legal Fund Governance - Alternative InvestmentsYour areas of responsibility:Your main tasks will be the inhouse legal advice with regard to all alternative fund related topics, inter alia the drafting and negotiation of documents in relation to the launch as well as amendments of alternative investment funds and their special purpose vehicles. You will be in contact with clients, service providers and regulatory authorities.In addition, you will review documents in connection with securitizations.The legal review and negotiation of transaction agreements are also your responsibility.Another aspect is the inhouse legal advice directly related to the assets held by alternative investment funds.Your field of activity is completed by the steering of legal topics and projects.Your skills and experience:Successfully completed law degreeA minimum of three years’ professional experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry and/ or credit institution,Strong capacity for teamwork, motivation, reliability, resilience as well as a service-oriented approach,Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently,Fluency in German and English.What we offer:Employees at our company are encouraged to work independently, show commitment and be supportive.
