This role reports to the Manager - Electronic Collections.We are looking for applicants with:Strong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work collaborativelyHigh technical skills and capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple competing prioritiesTranscription experience and knowledge of the investigation or intelligence process (highly advantageous)Good computer and keyboard skills with an ability to quickly learn new software applicationsAbility to understand and interpret internet protocols in data sets (highly advantageous)Have availability to undertake shift work on weekdays, weekends and public holidays (365 days a year)Additional information can be found in the .TI monitors work in a challenging and dynamic technical environment carrying out an important role in collecting evidence and providing operational support as part of IBAC investigations.
