Feel free to join the Yupeek adventure!ContextThe Transformation Direction has been created with the main target of accelerating the transformation with focus on providing value to the customer and distributor.Currently, the department is organized in two main teams:- Stream Leaders that aim at building new assets allowing to strategically transform the company in Luxembourg for the Medium-Long Term: execute key projects that impact across the company. The role of the Stream Leader is to secure that the transformation plan is executed and that projects in the stream are correctly delivered on time, on budget and on scope.- Change Management and Continuous improvement that aims at doing more and better with the current assets to tactically create additional value in theShort-Medium term: identify the main gaps in the company tools, processes, organization and implement quick and specific actions that allow to immediately improve while securing that the transformation is accepted by the different stakeholders.Main AccountabilitiesIn this context the Transformation Stream Leader has two main roles:1. As AWE Stream Manager: his/her main objective is to secure that the roadmap is executed as defined, being the main point of contact and orchestrator between the transformation and the rest of the areas including the different departments in Wealth Europe (operations, commercial, customer service), the IT department and other support functions (legal, compliance, finance). He/she is responsible for:Understanding the general context of the Stream (AWE)Support the head of transformation to define the transformation plan for the following years aligned with the overall transformation of the company.Secure the implementation of the transformation plan by prioritizing and arbitrating according to the business needs and the available resources.Escalate risks on the transformation execution.Secure the Governance of the stream by implementing the standards committees.Manage the stream change requests by challenging business priorities.2. As Project Manager: Responsible for the general preparation and execution of the project including the project definition and planning, scope and budget follow-up. Must ensure that all stakeholders (business, commercial, customer and IT) are aligned with the chosen solution.Defines the project in collaboration with stakeholders.Defines and track the scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and risks of the project.Creates a project team with internal and/or external collaborators.Understands the business process and the IT solution (high level) to ensure alignment of stakeholders, lead and actively participate in project implementation, and propose appropriate solutions.Manages the project schedule: responsible for consolidating tasks to produce deliverables; coordinates, organizes, and monitors various activities within the project based on priorities and skills of each team member as well as client needs; continuously adjusts the schedule and resource requirements.Coordinates the project and adheres to project governance.Manages the project budget: organizes the collection of inputs for building the business case, consolidates various estimates and re-estimates, monitors expenditures (orders, invoices, timesheets), defines and manages contingencies.Manages project risks and seeks mitigation actions with the project team: identifies issues/root causes, identifies actions/solutions to be implemented, defines an implementation plan as well as the necessary resources/budgets, verifies the project's contribution to AWE's strategic directions.Manages communication and supervises the change plan together with the Change Management team.Manages project stakeholders: identifies project stakeholders, their needs/impacts, and monitors their engagement in the project.SkillsProfessional experience in the Wealth Management and/or software development field. Experience on Digital Transformation for Wealth Management.Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience. Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience in Agile project management is a plus. Project Management certification such as PRINCE 2 or PMP is preferred.Hold a master's degree in finance, business administration, economics, management, IT, or engineering.Excellent ability in planning, organizing, and managing stakeholders.Very good knowledge in process management and process reengineering.Ability to lead multidisciplinary internal teams and manage the performance of external providers.Good analytical skills and critical thinking.Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), facilitation, and collaboration.Excellent command of French and English.ICTJob
