We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care and changing lives in the Scottsdale community. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is entrepreneurial, a fantastic adjuster, who enjoys helping others on their journey to health and wellness. We create long lasting true health changes that allow people to not only feel better, but to function better, during all stages of life.Duties:Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-raysEvaluate findings and determine diagnosisDevelop and prepare appropriate treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic careTreatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, rehab and various therapies and modalitiesDocumentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient carePatient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessmentsRequirements:Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)Active Chiropractic license in AZSchedule:Full time (Monday to Friday)Salary (range):$96k per year to startBenefits:Bonus Compensation (monthly and yearly)Profit SharingSigning Bonus401k with matchingHealth InsurancePTOProfessional growth and mentorship with coachingIf you are interested in being challenged to grow with a fun passionate team, then join us!
