Master's degree preferred.Proven experience (10 years) in resource allocation, capacity planning, or operations management.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify insights.Proficiency in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.Experience with resource management software tools and systems (e.g., ERP systems, project management software).Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.LanceSoft
