Rehab at Home are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. The Rehab at Home service is a multi-disciplinary, time limited community service providing rehabilitation, restorative care and urgent maintenance level services to clients including Transition Care Program (TCP) within the Metro South at Home (MSH@Home) service.
