Randstad is currently a preferred partner with a reputable Federal Government organisation to recruit for the below role:Role: APS5 Project OfficerLocation: Geelong (opportunity also available in Richmond)Duration: 12 Month ContractSalary: $55.24 per hour + 11.5 % SuperannuationAbout the OrganisationJoin a Federal Government organisation committed to placing stakeholders at the heart of their work. Our values reflect a passion and dedication to building a positive, stakeholder-centred culture.Key Responsibilities may include:Advise stakeholders on recruitment-related issues and queries.Collaborate with stakeholders to support recruitment processes.Resolve issues using knowledge and experience, proactively suggesting alternative actions.Manage bulk recruitment scheduling, including interview processes and panel setup.Provide efficient workforce data analysis and reporting.Assist in project management and coordination, monitoring activities against plans.Contribute to the development and management of project plans and schedules.Offer advice, procedural guidance, and technical expertise in specific project areas.Conduct research and analysis, contributing to reports on project activities.Participate in regular project reporting, including status updates and exception reports.Draft various written materials such as business cases, plans, executive briefs, and corporate documentation.Assist in monitoring project budgets, reporting on expenditure, and aiding procurement and contract management.Help identify and manage project risks, issues, and benefits.Support project quality management to ensure deliverables meet client needs.Collaborate with team members to achieve programme, project, and business outcomes.RequirementsAustralian CitizenshipExperience managing bulk recruitment scheduling process for interviews and setting up panelsAdvanced Excel skills (desirable)Proven HR Workforce Analyst Experience (desirable)Interested?
