Job OpportunityAs a Purchasing Accounts Officer, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, handling supplier payments and providing crucial backup support to the Senior Accounts Officer. Enjoy a beautiful tropical climate, stunning coastal views and a welcoming community with easy access to the Great Barrier Reef and Magnetic Island.Responsibilities will include:Adhere to compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and systems to meet audit requirements and mitigate adverse business impacts.Perform data processing for the purchasing administration team, ensuring timely and accurate processing to meet suppliers' commercial terms.Administer the creation and modification of vendors for the Wilmar Sugar Australia Group, ensuring compliance requirements are met.Assist Wilmar Shared Services in resolving goods receipt/invoice receipt (GRIR) reconciliations to meet performance targets.Coordinate with workflow approvers to ensure timely processingThe Successful ApplicantOur ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and data processing. Ideally you will have a strong foundation in Accounting or Business disciplines.
