In this role you will have responsibility for the Doors business in a KONE region, promoting, developing and implementing strategies for profitable and growth.What will you be doing?Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making within the region to develop and implement a strategy for Door activities that align with KONE's overall visionManage the service team in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.Establish and maintain high-level relationships with important (Door business) customers to promote KONE’s products and servicesProfit and loss accountability - drive improved value-added sales outcomes and manage operational costs to meet KPIsEnhance the KONE brand and ensure safe work practices are strictly followed in compliance with industry regulations and KONE's policiesOn-going coaching and mentoring of your team membersResponsible for customer satisfaction, data management and service quality.Report to the Regional Director and collaborates with all functional heads to develop and achieve the regional budgets in Doors, utilizing KONE business processesWhat are we looking for?Demonstrated success working within the maintenance industry, leading a technical service/maintenance teamBachelor’s degree in commercial or technical field preferredStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience using SAP highly desiredCustomer relationship management skills and experiencePrior working experience in doors and/or elevator service business highly desiredFull Drivers licenceThere’s so much more to KONE than you may realise.Enjoy career progression opportunities within a global organisationAccess a range of benefits that engage and motivate our employees and help us make KONE a great place to workGrow with comprehensive learning and development programs covering a wide range of professional skillsNote: Applicants must either be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand to apply for this position.This role is being sourced directly by KONE.
