Senior Facilities OfficerSalary: $117,718 - $128,897 (Plus Superannuation)12 months Fixed term roleUsual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available)Usual work location: 1 Spring Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 (flexibility may be available)The RoleThe Senior Facilities Officer role will lead the planning and management for facilities across Victorian Fisheries Authority (VFA) sites. This position coordinates the delivery of a comprehensive range of property and facilities contracts and services for approximately 35 VFA offices and depots at around 25 locations across Victoria. Demonstrated experience in facilities management is required in addition to a strong understanding and commitment to forward planning, continuous improvement, stakeholder relationships and customer service.The responsabilities of this role include, but are not limited to:Oversee the management and maintenance of a range of buildings, structures and associated facility infrastructure.Maintain, monitor, and report on individual site budgets and expenditure.Support the Manager Corporate Operations in the management and delivery of accommodation projects and initiatives.The TeamThe VFA is a statutory authority established to facilitate the effective management of Victoria's fisheries resources in a coordinated and strategic way that ensures their ongoing sustainability.
