DescriptionMERCHANDISER | NORTH YORKSHIRE | HYBRID | £30,000 - £32,000Based in North Yorkshire with flexible working, our client is a trend led retailer who have demonstrated consistent growth, and are looking for a Head of Marketplace to join the team.In the position of Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:Produce reliable and timely sales forecasts for SKUs & categories at market levelManage continuous product reviews, including the robust analysis of category & SKU performanceImplement the correct infrastructure and best practice when delivering new product surrounding budget, capacity, intake and seasonality awarenessMeasure daily and weekly sales across; cover, stock position, rate of sale, margin across your trading optionsCreate Weekly Sales & Stock Intake plans ensure & optimise availability, intake and stock levels in line with business needs.Optimise product & category performance, from demand, markdown, stock, intake and returns.Ensure best sellers reach their full potentialIdentify poor performing lines and over stock issues and make recommendations to drive salesForecast, analyse and action commercial data to be able to react to trading opportunities / trends in performance to shape the trading plan in seasonUnderstand how to push campaign lines with website coverageAnalysis of category & SKU performance each season to improve product performance, rate of sale and proposition developmentWorking closely with Supply chain team to identify & manage any risks to the commercial strategyMonitor competitor websites and market trends, making recommendations to improve propositionZachary Daniels is a Niche, National & International Recruitment Consultancy.Specialising in Buying, Merchandising & Ecommerce | Design, Technical, Wholesale & Production | Finance | HR & Talent | H&S & Compliance | Marketing, Digital & Technology | Property & Centre Management | Retail, Trade, Leisure & Wholesale Operations | Senior Appointments & Exec | Sales | Supply Chain & LogisticsBBBH31169Zachary Daniels
