Supply Chain Job - International Trade Coordinator - London£35-37kPermanentCentral LondonRef: 22650Your New Job Title: International Trade CoordinatorThe Skills You'll Need: Contracts, Trading, Plastics, Steel, Incoterms, Import/ExportYour New Salary: £35-37kLocation: Central London, 5 days a week in office for 3 months, then hybrid 3 days in officeJob status: PermanentStart date: ASAPWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift between 8am to 6pm (35h p/ week)Who You'll Be Working for: Global raw materials trader.International Trade Coordinator - What You'll be Doing Each Day:Support the Director of Sales in sustaining and growing trading business predominately to the African & Middle East region for various Packaging raw materials, Chemicals and any other products they trade.The Trading Division is the commercial heart of the business. The division maintains a database of suppliers, customers and products. The jobholder is responsible for managing their part of this valuable tool.The emphasis is on teamwork. The jobholder must work closely with the contract’s administrator and designated operational support staff outside the Trading Department. Particular importance should be placed upon a close working relationship with the Documentary and Logistics departments, regional rep offices, ensuring a two way flow of information and maintaining the disciplines to allow effective risk management.Contracts management on SAP system including generating sales and purchase orders, proforma invoices, maintaining customer database and shipments summary spreadsheets.Expedite contracts through shipment and final out-turn to ensure obligations are filled.Work with Steel Trader and Contracts Administrator and share each other’s work in their absence.Liaise closely with the Logistics Manager, Documentary and Accounts team to ensure they are clear about what is required of them and that concerned parties work as a team to achieve the Company’s overall objectives.To acquire knowledge and expertise in relevant geographies and products enabling the business to offer informed and timely market intelligence.Seek out trade in relevant products wherever it represents itself within the Divisional remit.Actively engaged in the risk analysis and selection of key accounts.International Trade Coordinator - The skills you'll need to succeed:Experience with an international traderContracts administration experienceUnderstanding of IncotermsPrevious experience in import/exportSAP experience is a big plusPlease follow us on Linkedin:We would be grateful if you could send your CV as a Word document.
