Job DescriptionJob purpose/roleAIM Luxembourg operates several Luxembourg based investment platforms for alternative assets on behalf of European Allianz insurance companies. To administrate and manage these investment portfolios, AIM Luxembourg has set up a team of investment professionals, providing investment management, accounting, controlling, legal and other operational services. Everyone is welcome to apply, regardless of gender, ethnicity, age, nationality, religion, or disability.Key responsibilitiesOrganization of board of management/shareholders’ meetings and drafting of the relevant documentation (i.e. minutes, proxies, convening notices, etc.)Support the legal team on the corporate administration of a portfolio of companies through their entire life cycle;Filing of documents within our corporate database;;Arranging various fillings and obtaining excerpts with the RBE and RCS Registers;Ensuring good corporate governance of the companies’ portfolio;Updating registers (i.e. shares, PECs, CPECs, etc.);Operational support in transactions, coordination of signatures within the required deadlines of closing and proper record keeping;Key requirements / Experience / SkillsUniversity Degree in Law/Finance or similar;up to 1-2 years of legal experience in Luxembourg; preferably in a similar positionGood knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and related obligations of the companies;Fluency in English; other languages, esp.
