Den weiteren Verlauf des Programms gestalten Sie selbst proaktiv mit. Orientiert an Ihren Stärken definieren wir mit Ihnen gemeinsam die weiteren Stationen bei LOSCH Luxembourg und bereiten Sie so optimal auf Ihre zukünftige Funktion vor.Im Rahmen des Traineeprogrammes übernehmen Sie Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung im Tagesgeschäft. After your introductory course, you and your managers define the future steps of your program in a proactive and personal manner. Once your strengths are defined, we decide together about your next stations at LOSCH Luxembourg in order to prepare you in the best possible way for your future job.During this program, you will gradually gain new responsibilities. You will bring your own ideas to strategic projects and will actively contribute to the future of LOSCH Luxembourg.
