Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a thriving business based in Manor Royal, in Crawley, who are seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join their well-established team on a full-time permanent basis.Salary and Benefits:Salary up to £34,000 per annumMonday to Friday - 8am - 5pm4 weeks paid holidayFree onsite parkingFull training providedCentrally located in Manor Royal, with easy access to public transportCompany eventsWorking with other members of the Purchasing Team, he Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels through the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet customer order requirements. The role requires strong purchasing experience and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Duties of the Purchasing Coordinator:Comparing pricing/ quotations from different suppliersIdentifying potential new suppliersPreparing reports and cost analysisEnsuring stock levels at optimalResolving customer and supplier queries via for inbound calls and emails, responding in a timely mannerExperience/ key skills:Strong attention to detailExperience working within a purchasing role and import/export proceduresSage 200 experience (desirable)Effective time management and organisational skillsStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesTeam-oriented work approachExperience with a background in the construction industry (desirable)Refer a friend and earn up to £500!
