Lead/Principal Product manager ( remote but must be based in the United States )High-level…Tillster seeks aLead/Principal Product ManagerDescriptionWe’re seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and experienced Lead/Principal Product Manager possessing proven business acumen and technical/technology expertise to join our growing Product team. You will be working on our highly configurable commerce and engagement experience platform to create branded web and mobile applications for global restaurant brands in the quick service and casual dining space.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the product vision and strategy of a consumer experience platform that aligns with company goals and market opportunitiesDefine the product roadmap based on competitive analysis, market feedback, and consumer insights.Engage with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to gather feedback, validate ideas, and drive alignmentDefine high level business requirements and decompose them into epics and stories while serving as product owner for the platformCollaborate with design, data analytics, engineering, and product operations throughout the product development lifecycleCollaborate with sales, account management, and marketing to develop the go to market strategy and sales and marketing collateralEstablish and track key performance indicators to measure product performance, including but not limited to: Conversion rate, User engagement, Return rate, Customer lifetime value, Site and app performance, Customer satisfactionDrive continuous improvement of processes, tools, methodologies to increase efficiency and time to marketEvangelize the product internally and externally to drive interest and awarenessKeep stakeholders informed of progress; proactively flag potential roadblocks or changes in roadmapKeep abreast of new technologies and trends in the restaurant and restaurant technology spaceQualifications9-12 years’ experience:As a product manager for digital experience platforms and content management systems that create and control consumer web and/or mobile applications; highly configurable white-label solutions; and/or consumer e-commerce and engagement platformsExperience in a SCRUM/Agile environment writing epics and stories as a product ownerAnalyzing, clarifying, and translating business and functional requirementsManaging scope of work and change management effortsExcellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensusPassion for user experience and data driven strategy, coupled with a demonstrable ability to scale platforms and processesCustomer focused with high quality standardsAbility to travel as business needs demandLocated in the United StatesTo thrive at Tillster, all talent must exhibit professional experience in and a strong commitment to our core values:Put Customers First: Prioritize the needs and satisfaction of our customers in all decisions and actions appropriate to Tillster’s stage of development, resources, and stated goals.Collaborate: Work together effectively, leveraging diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.Innovate: Embrace creativity and pursue new ideas to drive progress and improvement.Operate from Data: Use strong critical thinking skills to make informed decisions based on accurate and relevant data.Drive Results: Focus on achieving tangible outcomes and delivering high performance.Own It: Take responsibility for your actions and the success of your work.Be Passionate and Have Fun: Bring enthusiasm to your work and enjoy the journey.Making a Difference in the Tillster WayOur business and product mission is to empower restaurants and consumers globally, by empowering, supporting, and nurturing the people who are part of the global Tillster team. Total starting compensation will be determined based on all lawful criteria, Company policy and best practices.Equity: All employees within the U.S. are eligible to participate in the Stock Option Plan.Health Benefits: All full-time, regular employees and their dependents are eligible for medical, dental, vision and FSA benefits.
