This role involves the execution of customer orders, requiring a hands-on approach and the ability to work in diverse environments. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training, often on-the-job, and must be prepared for occasional long hours and overseas travel.Job PurposeExecution of Customer OrdersCompany products: robotic drilling, inspection, and guidanceDeveloping measurement plans and geometric dimensioning/tolerancesPerforming robot simulation and offline robot programmingMetrology setup and systems setupCustomer EngagementDeliver demonstrations, training, acceptance testing, and supportKey Areas of ResponsibilitySupport increased adoption of technology to accelerate business growthDeliver standard products to the market with full training providedHigh level of customer-facing activity, often out of the officeAct as a technical liaison with suppliers, demonstrating and supporting the latest technology, ensuring equipment is in calibration and good working orderDeliver customer demonstrations, benchmarks, training, and technical pre-sales supportDevelop and update best practice usage of the equipment for internal and external customersCoordinate projects during each phaseProvide first-line support for customers until the system buy-offAncillary ResponsibilitiesProvide pre-sales support, primarily robot simulation and demosConduct product testing and debuggingContribute to the delivery of new R&D programsQualificationsEssentialGraduate / Degree in Technical subject ie.
