DescriptionMy client are market leaders in reusable, sustainable textile products with both the consumer and the planet in mind at all times. A certified B-Corp, this is a small but perfectly formed business in the heart of the Northampton Countryside who are selling product internationally with a strong presence in Germany and France as well as the UK Market.We are looking for an established graphic designer to work across all visual messaging & brand identity, from Social Media and Website, through to Packaging and POS. You will be super creative, versatile, and with a passion for sustainable practices – this is a business who are really making a difference, every item they sell is a step toward a better future for the planet.Graphic Designer – The RolePassionate about visual storytelling, with the ability to create compelling, creative graphics.You will work closely with the creative lead to create a consistent brand message, tone of voice, and customer empowerment.Confident working across Website, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Packaging, this is a super varied and creative role.You will manage creative briefs, bring new ideas to the table, and produce accurate, artwork for production/roll out in line with deadlines.You will brief and liaise with suppliers, printers and design agents on a daily basisYou will manage artwork and asset librariesHave an excellent eye for colour, layout and attention to detail.Graphic Designer – The PersonYou will have a proven background in graphic design for brand, retail or consumer goods, ideally within UK and European marketsProficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is essential, and experience with UX/UI Tools would be a plus.Experience and understanding of After Effects and video is preferredUnderstanding of photography / image manipulation & Re-touching would be desirable.Excellent time management, and organisational skills are required, and experience of planning tools such as Asana would be desirable, but training can be given.Able to manage own workloads, take direction and bring new ideas.You will be driven and willing to learn, with a passion for sustainability and an enthusiasm to drive change and make an impact.You will be required to provide documentary evidence of your right to work in the UKPlease send your CV and supporting Artwork, k.barksby@peoplemarketing,co.uk, (Please keep files below 5MB)We regret that due to the high amount of interest that we receive for each of our vacancies, if you do not hear from one of our consultants within 5 days then unfortunately you have not been shortlisted for this role.
