Ideally, we are looking for a highly motivated PT with interest in outpatient orthopedics and neurological conditions, and a plus is someone that does Pelvic Health, Cupping and/or dry needling. Professional and Educational advancement! Our healthcare professionals offer customized treatment plans including the state-of-the-art methods of both traditional and cutting-edge therapeutic care.Job Responsibilities:Performing thorough PT/orthopedic evaluationsDevelop individualized treatment plansPatient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, exercises, and the benefits of continued carePrepare and administer skilled physical therapy treatment in accordance with the physician orders, referrals, prescriptions, current standards of care, and by assessing and interpreting evaluations, records and test results of patientsDeliver effective treatments utilizing manual therapy skills, exercise prescription and pain-relieving techniquesEncourage continuation of therapeutic plan by designing home exercise regimens, recommending assistive equipment and follow-up programs that improve the patient's overall healthEnsure smooth and timely patient flow in accordance with scheduled appointment timesPromptly and thoroughly document and maintain clinical and administrative records, including but not limited to, daily notes, weekly reports, initial evaluations, treatment progress and responses, and discharge summariesOversee and adhere to the company's guideline for billing of clinical and non-clinical servicesSupervise PT Assistants, and Technicians with patient care and related activities, in accordance with skill level and deemed appropriate by the State Code of Laws and other governing entities such as MedicareDelegation of appropriate patient care activities to the physical therapist assistant that are in accordance with that employee’s skill level and deemed appropriate by the state practice act.Consults with referring physicians as needed through documentation and as well as verballyMaintain confidentiality of patient personal health information in accordance with HIPAA complianceRequired Skills and Qualifications:Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited schoolCurrent GA licensing and all other state-required documentationOutpatient clinic experience preferred.Computer literacy and proficiency in CPT and ICD-10 coding proceduresIdeally at least 2 years' experienceSchedule:Monday- Friday (9-5)Salary:$90k to $110kBenefits:Bonus compensation based on performance and profit sharingPTOTuition ReimbursementBuilt in paperwork time – if not needed, PTO is earnedNo weekendsMedical, dental, vision and a generous 401K matching programProfessional advancement- Director opportunities available!Continuing Education – company pays cost of Trigger Point Dry Needling certification.Our state-of-the-art office uses innovative technology to help our patients the best that we can!
