They are responsible for the performance and reporting of laboratory tests ordered by physicians in order to supply reliable and accurate information to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions within the profession's standards of practice.QUALIFICATIONSTo Succeed in This Role, You Will Need the Following:Current CSMLS registration certificate (New Graduates are welcome to apply)Member of the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (C.M.L.T.O.)Good understanding of Quality Management / Quality Improvement / Quality Assurance / Ontario Laboratory AccreditationProven decision making skillsDemonstrated satisfactory work performance and attendance historyPREFERREDRecent experience (within the last 1 - 2 years) in:Chemistry / Transfusion Services / Haematology / PhlebotomyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsASSETSBilingual - English and FrenchMeditech Expanse system experienceHEALTH, SAFETY & WELLNESSJoin us in a culture where your well-being is a top priority.
