Job Description

This is a perfect opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who is also used to working in a fast-paced environment whilst providing a high level of service to clients.As the Office Manager, you'll be involved with day-to-day contact with clients, along with supporting the Head of Office in coordinating general office matters.Responsibilities of the Office Manager include:Registration of new clientsPreparation of property brochuresCoordinating marketing and advertising locally and with nearby officesManagement of the invoicing process for the Sales and Planning teamsAssist with invoicing and debt collection ensuring that invoices are paid in a timely manner and debt is kept to a minimumKeeping window cards/brochure displays/office systems up-to-dateLiaising with potential buyers and arranging viewings/managing diariesMaintaining client filesImplement strategies for continuous improvement of business processes and increased efficiencyGeneral administrative duties as required by the teams and coordinating office tasks, including arranging events and marketing, and supporting Head of Office with day-to-day management of officeExciting opportunity to grow your career with a well-respected business|Strong previous administration experience requiredThe successful Office Manager will have:Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are metDemonstrable experience of supporting a teamExcellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing with experience of customer serviceAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues at all levelsPunctual and flexible in relation to working hours and dutiesTakes a proactive approach to administrationAccurate and exceptional attention to detailUnderstands and appreciates the importance of using discretion when dealing with sensitive informationPrevious experience working in property/real estate industry is highly desirableStrong administration/office management skills and experience requiredMy client, who are based near Oxford with free parking onsite, are an expanding, well-respected and reputable organisation who specialise within the property sector.They pride themselves on their fun, rewarding and friendly working environment.Benefits include:Competitive salaryGenerous annual leave packageCompany pensionEmployee discountWorking for an expanding, reputable companyAmazing work incentivesCareer progression opportunitiesOn-site parkingPotential bonus schemeAccess to many other benefits!Page Personnel
