As a warehouse associate, you will be part of a collaborative team that works together to keep inventory flowing to our stores and deliver exciting tech to our customers!Availability RequirementYou must be available to work a minimum of 24-40 hours a week.Our AM Shift is 6 AM - 2:30 PM and PM Shift is 11:30 AM - 8 PM.Schedules available are:Tuesday to SaturdaySunday to Thursday (Sunday availability is REQUIRED)Monday to FridayAs a warehouse worker you will:Operate warehouse equipment safely to move products throughout the distribution centre (we’ll train and certify you!)Receive, unload and load products into trucks, ensuring correct products and quantitiesAssemble pallets, sort, put away and pick products (this requires lifting up to 50lbs and repetitive bending and twisting)Accurately enter appropriate data into the computer system / RF guns and complete paperwork/documentationWhat we are looking for:Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs., including, bending and twistingA commitment to maintaining an inclusive, safe and fun working environmentFlexibility for shift changes and overtime that may be required by business demandsCompletion of High School Diploma or EquivalentPrevious experience with driving material handling equipment is considered an asset (walkie, forklift, clamp truck)Why you’ll love it here:Compensation starting at $18.50 per hour, with annual increases$0.65 Shift premiums for afternoon and weekend shiftsMaterial Handling Equipment (MHE) certification and trainingEmployee discounts on awesome techAn inclusive, fun, and supportive team who you will quickly call friendsWe prioritize a safe working environmentJoin our amazing team!We are looking for people just like you.About Best BuyAs Canada's destination for the coolest tech, Best Buy offers one of the best work environments in the country!
