As a CT/X-Ray Technologist at Medical Imagery Solutions & Staffing, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by performing diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and empathy.Key Responsibilities:Diagnostic Imaging: Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.Patient Care: Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order and reporting any issues promptly.Radiation Safety: Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and self.Image Quality: Produce high-quality diagnostic images by optimizing imaging parameters and techniques.Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, imaging reports, and other relevant documentation.Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including radiologists, nurses, and physicians, to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis.Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest advancements in CT and X-Ray technology and techniques through ongoing education and training.Qualifications:Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT and X-Ray.Current California state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality images.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Benefits:Flexible Scheduling: We understand the importance of work-life balance.
