Vaco Boston is currently looking for a Renewal Account Manager to join our clients Sales organization. As a member of the Account Maintenance team you will be responsible for following up with clients to assist them with renewing their licenses as well as identifying potential cross-sell and upsell opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and have the drive to succeed!In this role, you will:Contact clients about their renewal plansCoordinate renewal tasks with internal teams, including: Account Management, Finance and LegalCollect and prepare data related to customer’s existing contract and product usageSupport Account Management by identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunitiesPerform post renewal tasks such as booking orders, and maintain accurate records of renewal opportunities and contract recordsQualificationsBachelor’s degree is preferred but not requiredApplicable experience in a similar renewals based roleStrong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thoroughStrong interpersonal skillsCRM ExperienceExperience with Microsoft OfficeVaco
