We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to oversee our property department's financial operations. The prospective candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, executing budgeting processes, and contributing to the company's strategic goals.Management Accountant duties include;Overseeing end to end financial operations for a portfolio of projectsExecuting budgeting and forecasting processesEnsuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standardsPrepare monthly management accountsPresenting financial reports to senior managementPrepare monthly balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare the treasury investment proposalManage the statutory audit processDraft the end of year corporation tax computation for review and approvalTravel into the office once or twice per month|Excellent benefitsThe successful Management Accountant should have:ACA, ACCA or CIMA QualifiedManagement accounting and statutory accounting experience.Experience working within a compliance focused environment.Clearly communicate technically complex financial issues.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsA highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Our client is a well-established organisation based in North Kent is seeking a Management Accountant to join them on a full time and permanent basis. The successful Management Accountant will be formally qualified and confident in managing multiple priorities.
