An office move is imminent, so experience in relocating a busy business with minimal disruption will be hugely beneficial!As our Office Manager, you will be...Managing our move into our new offices (we'll still be in Farringdon!)Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and leasesLiaising with facility management vendors; including cleaning and security servicesManaging the office budget, working with Finance where necessaryAddressing all employee queries regarding office management issues; i.e stationary, equipment, repairsPartnering with HR to update and maintain all office policies as necessaryCovering the CEO's EA's leave where necessaryYou'll havePrevious experience as an Office Manager or in an Administrative roleConfidence in dealing with external vendors and cost negotiationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectivelyThe ability to think creatively to problem solve and look for efficienciesA keen interest in supporting on events and other ad hoc projectsInternational experience is a bonus!What we can offerBonus25 days annual leave (pro-rata)1 month work-from-anywhereHealth Shield; a cash-back health plan for things like dental, optical, physio and well beingAccess to Thrive; accessible mental health support all in one appLoopMe Gives Back DayWe’ll set you up for success, providing training and career developmentWant to learn more about us?Head to our Careers page to see why we've been voted one of Campaign's Best Places to Work 2023!
