This integrated model also allows our talent to learn about and explore the breadth of career possibilities within Dentsu Creative.Job DescriptionThe Associate, Growth supports the Creative Growth Team and helps facilitate the pitch processes within business.You will work with both existing client partners and brands, but will also respond and identify new client engagement opportunities. You will work with VP, SVP, and C-Level Dentsu Creative leadership and high-level client executives and will report directly to our SVP, Growth and Alliances.This role is a great opportunity for someone who loves bringing people together by overseeing the pitch process through problem-solving and coaching/motivating teams.Responsibilities:You will help manage all new business activity, participating wherever appropriate in the planning and follow-up of growth efforts and projectsAssist the Directors of Growth and Chief Growth Officer in the development of a revenue growth strategy, with emphasis on organic account growthWork with the pitch team and all departments to ensure aspects of the new business effort are completed according to process, schedule and expectationLead the development of RFP responses, in partnership with the new business team and key agency leadersGather and maintain agency credentials, case studies, biographies for RFPs and presentations, and authors refresh content to make sure most exciting and relevant story and work is utilizedLead a process that drives teams to strong, strategic presentationsBring creativity and inspiration to the teamGather potential client and competitive background information to help brief pitch teams and build winning pitch strategiesPrepare and review consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and new business proposals and plansExplain the advantages the agency's services provideQualifications2-5 years' experience in a New Business offering within recognized creative agenciesPitch experience across various industry categories3+ years of experience with the marketing function, including what drives CMO/Director-level decisions, and has experience using business objectives into a compelling agency story and win strategyDemonstrated talent for abstract thinking, spotting trends and patterns, a curiosity and insight into human behavior, an instinct for pop culture, and a nuanced understanding of creative and media-driven work are criticalFour-year degreeAdditional InformationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000 - $96,025 per yearSalary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
