Prisma Cloud is the industry's most complete Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), providing code-to-cloud security in and across any cloud. Your technical acumen and expertise will be instrumental in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customers understand the value of Prisma Cloud in securing their cloud environments.Your ImpactAct as the technical expert on Prisma Cloud, providing in-depth knowledge and articulating the value proposition to potential customers within your assigned territoryCollaborate closely with the sales team to support presales activities, including customer engagements, technical demos, and proof-of-concepts/proof-of-valueDeliver compelling presentations and lead discussions with customers at all levels, from engineers to C-level executives, to showcase the benefits of Prisma Cloud solutionsUnderstand customer needs and tailor technical solutions to meet their unique cloud security requirementsProvide mentorship and best practices during the presales process for strategic opportunities, ensuring successful implementation and rolloutStay up-to-date with cloud security trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and contribute to product improvementsAct as a conduit for customer feedback, providing valuable insights to Product Management and R&D teams to enhance our offeringsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Marketing, and Technical teams, to contribute to go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless executionQualificationsYour ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technology-related field or equivalent military experience requiredProven track record of success as a presales engineer or technical specialist in the technology industryStrong expertise in cloud security solutions, with a focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Experience with cloud security concepts, best practices, and technologies, including containers and serverless architecturesProficiency in CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, or GCP Cloud Deployment Manager TemplatesFamiliarity with cloud service providers' configurations, identity and access management, networking, firewalls, encryption, and related security featuresExperience with security areas such as access control, runtime defence, anti-malware, and vulnerability managementExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindsetAdditional InformationThe TeamAs a key member of the Prisma Cloud Systems Engineering team, you'll be at the forefront of cloud security.
