This role will also support (and be supported by) both the Safety Operations team and the wider Health, Safety and Wellbeing team (refer to the organisation chart below).Work collaboratively with colleagues in Safety Operations teams to maintain service continuity to CoH, and throughout Metro South Health (MSH)On behalf of your CoH portfolio facilitate access to the broader health, safety and wellbeing skills and services across the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team.Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of Health Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) strategies, systems and procedures in collaboration with COH stakeholders and the Manager Safety Operations Metro South Health.Assess and evaluate relevant practices and systems to facilitate effective safety performance is aligned with organisational expectations, accreditation requirements, emerging trends and benchmarks.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
