Please apply if you are interested and we will be in contact when we have roles available,Do Work that Matters As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:Concierge and welcome callsMissed payments and early-intervention collectionsSimple customer service enquiriesSee Yourself in our Team We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 6pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the officeWe’re Interested in hearing from people who Genuinely care about the experience of customers Have excellent communication skills Have the ability to navigate new technology and computer systems Are naturally curious, resilient, empathetic and adaptableHave aspirations to grow their career with us Hours and trainingTo be considered for this role you must have the following availability:Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability per week, these would be split over 2 shiftsAvailable to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, Perth, once a fortnightOutside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availabilityTraining will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, at 15 hours per week for 4 weeks. (dates and times to be confirmed)Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training periodThroughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
