RELIABILOTY ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER - MECHANICALMTW is currently seeking an experienced and driven Reliability Engineer (Mechanical) to join the Maintenance team on a fulltime basis. Our site operates continuously 24 hours a day, seven days a week and has a long and proud history, employing approximately 1400 people from local and surrounding communities, who are our most valuable asset.Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility for this role is to deliver optimum infrastructure at minimum cost. The role will also require you to:Support in maintaining statutory compliance including incident investigation process, risk management and documents management;Support in maintaining statutory compliance including incident investigation process, risk management and documents management;Conduct failure analysis on downtime and critical component failures;Scope, design and implement site engineering projects;Identify and implement initiatives to improve safety, reliability and reduce costs;Optimize maintenance strategies and tactics;Collaborate closely with the maintenance and planning teams to implement and generate continuous improvement initiatives.Skills and ExperienceThe successful candidates will display the Yancoal - 'Our Way' behaviours in everyday practice and foster a 'One Team' culture along with promoting the Yancoal Values of People, Safety, Innovation, Integrity and Excellence.
